Information you choose to provide
When you start the Business Technology Audit, your audit answers may be saved progressively under a randomly generated record identifier. Your name, work email, company, and website are requested and saved only at the final step. When you send a project brief, book a call, or contact us directly, you may also provide project details, timing, and any other information you include in your response.
How we use that information
We use it to prepare and deliver a requested audit, respond to your enquiry, prepare for a conversation, assess whether we can help, provide requested services, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Website and service providers
The website and its server-side audit endpoint are hosted by Vercel. Business Technology Audit records are stored in Supabase, and completed audits may be delivered through Google Workspace. Project enquiries are delivered through FormSubmit, and meeting bookings are handled by Cal.com. These providers may process technical or contact information as necessary to provide their services under their own terms and privacy policies.
Technical information
Hosting and security systems may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, device information, and timestamps. We use this information to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
Analytics and diagnostics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and successful enquiry submissions, Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate page interactions such as scrolling and navigation, and Meta Pixel to measure page views and successful enquiries for advertising reporting and optimization. Optional analytics and advertising measurement are disabled until you choose “Allow analytics.” Clarity masks sensitive content by default, and we do not intentionally send form-field contents to any of these services.
You can change your choice at any time through “Privacy settings” in the website footer. Choosing “Essential only” keeps optional analytics disabled.
Retention and sharing
We keep enquiry and business information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to maintain records, or to meet legal requirements. We share information only with service providers supporting these purposes, professional advisers when necessary, or authorities where required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. You may also choose not to submit the website form and contact us directly by email.
